The Anson B. Nixon Park is located at 100 Waterworks Road off Walnut Road, in the Borough of Kennett Square. It is open daily from dawn to dusk. This 106 acre hidden gem is nestled just north of charming downtown Kennett Square, Pennsylvania. This natural setting includes two ponds, streams, woodlands including a beech grove with specimens dating back over 250 years, and three miles of walking trails. Recreational activities include tennis, basketball and volleyball courts, soccer and lacrosse fields, a performance pavilion, picnic pavilions, restrooms, a playground and walking tails.
