Interested Contractors –  RFP details to be available September 17, 2021, for the Anson B. Nixon Park Historic Water Works Buildings project. All proposal submissions are due by 4:30pm on Monday, November 8, 2021. The Kennett Area Park Authority (KAPA) has issued a Request for Proposals for Historic Water Works Buildings Schematic Architectural Design Services. The project is located in Anson B. Nixon Park, Chester County, Pennsylvania, owned and maintained by the Kennett Area Park Authority (KAPA). Work will include major engineering, architectural, and mechanical upgrades to three historic buildings, which formerly served as the Water Works facility in the Borough of Kennett Square. A mandatory site meeting is scheduled on Tuesday, October 12, 2021, at 2:00 PM at the project site in Anson B. Nixon Park. The last day for question submissions is 4:30pm on Monday, November 1, 2021.
